Clients remain free to choose whom to appoint. Even where a professional is recommended, the client appoints that professional directly. Each professional agrees the scope of work and fees with the client in advance, takes responsibility for their own services and invoices the client separately.

Sharing the same premises facilitates meetings and the practical coordination of matters requiring both linguistic and legal expertise.

By prior arrangement, documents for translation may also be delivered to or collected from the reception office at Via Stellata 13.
