1.
Before asking for a quote, check with the relevant authority or person requesting the translation exactly what they require, whether you need a sworn or certified translation and whether your documents require an apostille or need to be legalised.

2.
Send us a scanned copy (or a clear picture) of your document(s) to be translated. Utilise our “request a quote” form and we will provide you with a quote for our translation services.

3.
Details of the estimated duration of the translation(s) will be provided when a quote is requested. As these are often dependent on various government departments or third parties, timelines can change throughout the year. To confirm the project and start the translation simply make a bank transfer or pay online via Paypal.

4.
If you need a sworn translation, send us the original documents by courier or post (using a secure and trackable service). In case you cannot send the original (e.g.,driving licence) you can send a certified copy of the original document.

5.
Sworn translations are delivered by hand, sent by courier (shipping costs apply) or by post. The sworn translation you will be given at the end of the procedure consists of a hard copy folder composed of the original document, the translation, the oath report and further legalisation of the complete document (if it is intended for a foreign country).
The hard copy of your documents will be posted/delivered to you or can be collected at our office. A sworn translation must reproduce as faithfully as possible the format of the original document and contain everything that appears in it: affixed stamps, revenue stamps and signatures.
