The firm is specialised in legal translations. Our legal translators are not only registered with the Court, but they also have extensive legal expertise and practical experience as lawyers.
Having a solid understanding of legal terminology is crucial in the legal industry as it enables us to understand legal concepts that may not be consistent across various countries. Only an experienced legal translator can guarantee a good translation. A legal translator analyses the text from a legal perspective, taking into consideration the legal framework of the destination country.

In case an Italian or a foreign authorithy requires an official translation, we will carry out a sworn translation. If the translation should be used abroad, we will take care of the legalization (or Apostille service for countries signatory to the Hague Convention). We can also provide translation services with notarial authentication.

Translation Services
The firm is specialised in legal translations. Our legal translators have extensive legal expertise and practical experience as lawyers. Legal translations require a deep knowledge of legal terminology but also the ability to interpret legal concepts that that may not align across various.
Certified translation means a translation with a certificate of conformity enclosed. In the Certificate of Conformity the translator certifies that the translated text accurately reflects the original document. Certified translation is generally required for documents that are not issued by courts or government bodies when legal validity is not essential.
A sworn translation refers to a document translation that holds legal value due to the translator's oath, which is signed before the clerk of the Court (or of the Justice of the Peace office). Sworn translations are generally required for birth certificates, marriage certificates, judgements, agreements, educational qualifications and other official documents .
Sworn translations with apostilles or legalised translations (procedures vary depending on the country of destination). In these situations, the translated document is either apostilled or legalised at the Prosecutor's Office.
Urgent Translations
We provide urgent translations (subject to a previous assessment). For sworn translations the deadline must be extended due to the need to include the signed oath by the official translator before the Court officer.
